CHI SIAMO
Similmente a molti altri gruppi europei siamo uomini accomunati da un interesse fetish per le uniformi e la disciplina di tipo militare. Non abbiamo nessun altro fine se non quello di divertirci e di costituire un’occasione di incontro alternativa ai circuiti gay comuni (discoteche, pubs e locali vari).
ORGANIZZAZIONE
Siamo un gruppo libero, apolitico, apartitico, contrario ad ogni forma di razzismo, discriminazione sessuale e religiosa. Il nostro interesse fetish non ha nessuna valenza politica. La gerarchia che è presente nella nostra associazione rispecchia solo “il gioco di ruolo” che si svolge esclusivamente tra di noi durante i raduni che organizziamo, e null'altro. Quando ci incontriamo fuori dai raduni siamo amici che hanno qualcosa in comune. Fondamentalmente ci incontriamo un paio di volte all’anno in raduni nazionali e, talvolta, anche fuori dalle date prestabilite, per giochi, sport e divertimento, o solo per mangiare insieme e farci conoscere da possibili reclute. Abbiamo contatti con associazioni straniere che hanno gli stessi nostri fini e che ci permettono di partecipare, con dei nostri “contingenti”, ai loro raduni o viceversa.
CHE COSA POSSIAMO OFFRIRE
Se ti interessano l’aspetto uniform del mondo gay, cameratismo, solidarietà e amicizie maschili, allora, noi ti possiamo offrire un gruppo con cui potrai condividere i tuoi interessi, le tue passioni e le tue fantasie military, in situazione di libertà ed ironia (assolutamente necessaria nei raduni). In relazione alla tua capacità di adattamento e disponibilità ai rapporti sociali troverai di certo amici e divertimento. Vorremmo solo che tu sia convinto di quel che cerchi e ti assuma le tue responsabilità una volta che partecipi ad un campo. Ovvero, che tu dia una disponibilità reale alla condivisione di tempo (attività programmate del campo), spazi (la caserma) e obiettivi (cameratismo, amicizia, divertimento, ecc.) con la tua partecipazione fattiva.
COSA FACCIAMO
Organizziamo attività ludiche di incontro tra i soci. Gli eventi principali sono i raduni, o campi, che si svolgono in estate e in inverno. Una volta individuate le strutture più adeguate (in genere casali in campagna o montagna, ovvero case per comunità in autogestione), dal momento in cui ci incontriamo a quando ci salutiamo, queste diventano la nostra “base” che verrà governata con le regole di una “caserma” e con le regole della vita militare: turni di guardia, turni di pulizia, sbrandamento, reazione fisica al mattino, ispezioni, consumo del rancio, docce comuni, punizioni, serate insieme e … tutto quello che la fantasia suggerisce. Durante i raduni i partecipanti, che comporranno la truppa, verranno divisi in due o più squadre. Le squadre competono in una serie di attività ludiche e sportive, adatte a chiunque. Si tratta di giochi di strategia militare, tecniche di sopravvivenza, gare di orienting, S.A.S.T., prove di abilità, ecc. Le attività possono essere notturne e diurne. Può capitare che per alcuni giochi si usino delle armi giocatolo. I raduni possono iniziare dal giovedì pomeriggio o dalla mattina presto del venerdì per concludersi all’ora di pranzo della domenica. La base che ci ospita è disponibile dal giovedì sera quindi chi lo desiderasse può arrivare al campo la sera che precede l’inizio delle attività (di solito arrivano quasi tutti). Valuteremo in futuro se organizzare raduni più lunghi.
COSA E’ ARTICOLO28
Articolo28 è un’associazione sportiva dotata di Statuto Associativo, regolarmente depositato presso un notaio, di un Regolamento Interno e di un Regolamento Formale. Articolo28 è quindi governata e gestita dall’Assemblea dei Soci e dal Consiglio Direttivo. È importante rimarcare che Articolo28 non è il CD, inteso come persone che organizzano i campi, ma tutti coloro che vi partecipano indipendentemente dal ruolo perché, solo lavorando tutti assieme, è possibile mantenere l’associazione in buona salute poiché senza truppa il CD sarebbe nulla.
Articolo28, in quanto associazione no-profit produce le proprie attività in totale AUTOFINANZIAMENTO. Ha sempre autofinanziato le proprie attività attraverso la partecipazione dei soci ai campi. La quota di adesione ai campi è calcolata in ragione della copertura dei costi di affitto della struttura che ci ospita, del vitto, dell’assicurazione, delle attrezzature che periodicamente si comprano e delle spese generali (spese bancarie e telefoniche, consumi extra quali gas e legna nelle strutture, mantenimento sito web). Non ha NESSUNO scopo di lucro e NESSUNO dei soci che si occupano dell’organizzazione dei campi percepisce compenso o rimborsi di sorta, tranne le eventuali spese anticipate di tasca propria. I membri del Consiglio Direttivo che organizzano i raduni pagano la quota di adesione alle attività come tutti.
PERCHE’ IL NOME ARTICOLO28
L’Articolo28 era l’articolo del vecchio regolamento militare che dava la possibilità ai medici dell’esercito di escludere gli omosessuali dal servizio militare “in quanto disadattati”. Abolito, oramai dal 1986, il riferimento a questo articolo è stato preso a spunto per dare il nome all’associazione con un significato radicalmente opposto.
SESSO
L’erotismo che nasce dalle situazioni di cameratismo nelle quali ci troviamo durante i raduni che organizza l’associazione è una componente molto importante. Le attività sessuali che eventualmente si verificassero tra le persone non sono escluse, anzi incoraggiate, ma sono affidate elusivamente alla libera iniziativa dei singoli partecipanti ai raduni. Il sesso è una parte importante dei nostri programmi di divertimento, ma non è l’unico nostro obiettivo, ne viene programmato dall’organizzazione dei campi. Meglio chiarire fin da subito che nessuno dovrà fare del sesso contro voglia o perché costretto. Se non si è interessati a questo tipo di attività (l’unica non organizzata, ma spontanea) va benissimo, poiché ognuno sceglie ciò che è meglio per se stesso, quindi … nulla di male. Non ci si aspettino “ammucchiate” in mimetica! E per coloro che hanno relazioni di coppia …. non temete, ai raduni non succede nulla che voi non vorrete vi succeda!!! Sarete voi gli unici responsabili della vostra condotta!
SELEZIONE
Un’attenta selezione dei candidati, vista la peculiarità del gruppo, è nostro preciso impegno e dovere. Tendiamo ad escludere solo coloro i quali non sono in grado di svolgere un minimo di attività sportiva, ma sia ben chiaro: NESSUNO DI NOI E’ SUPERMAN! Quindi la base di selezione non è la prestanza fisica, bensì la capacità di adattarsi alle situazioni alle quali ci esponiamo in un campo! Inoltre nessuno viene obbligato a svolgere attività che non vuole fare per qualche proprio limite fisico o emotivo … basterà dichiararlo (anche in privato) e se ne terrà conto. Cerchiamo solo persone capaci di fare un po’ di corpo libero, corsa, che abbiano voglia di divertirsi e di fare una sana competizione. Quando segnalerai la tua candidatura avrai un colloquio con reclutatore che valuterà la tua posizione.
CON CHE GRADO TI PRESENTI
Indipendentemente da ciò che sei nella vita privata, per il primo raduno, sarai una recluta e al secondo un soldato semplice. In seguito, in base ai tuoi desideri e inclinazione personali, alla tua attitudine al comando, alla frequenza delle tue partecipazioni ai raduni e, soprattutto, in base alla tua disponibilità a contribuire agli aspetti organizzativi, riceverai eventuali promozioni.
WHO WE ARE
Like many other European groups, we are men sharing a fetish interest in uniforms and military discipline. Our only purpose is to have fun and to provide an alternative meeting opportunity to common gay circuits (discos, pubs and various clubs).
ORGANIZATION
We are a free, apolitical, non-partisan group, opposed to all racism, sexual and religious discrimination. Our fetish interest has no political significance. The hierarchy that is present in our association reflects only the "role play" that takes place exclusively between us during the gatherings we organize, and nothing else. When we meet outside the rallies, we are friends who have something to share. Basically we meet a couple of times a year in national rallies and, sometimes, even outside the pre-established dates, for games, sports and entertainment, to eat together and also to introduce ourselves to possible recruits. We have contacts with foreign associations that have the same interests as us, with which we participate, with our "contingents", in their meetings or vice versa.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER
If you are interested in the world of uniforms under the gay way, camaraderie, solidarity and male friendships, then we can offer you a group with which you can share your interests, your passions and your military fantasies, in a situation of freedom and irony. , which is absolutely necessary in gatherings. In relation to your adaptability and availability to social relationships you will certainly find friends and fun. We just want you to be sure of what you are looking for and take your responsibilities once you join a camp. We would like you to give a real willingness to share time (planned camp activities), spaces (the barracks) and objectives (camaraderie, friendship, fun, etc.) with your active participation.
WHAT DO WE DO
We organize fun meeting activities only between members. The main events are the rallies, or camps, which take place in the summer and winter. Once the most suitable structures have been identified (generally farmhouses in the countryside or mountains, or self-managed community houses), from the moment we meet until we say goodbye, these become our "base" that will be governed with the Barrack’s rules and with the rules of military life: guard shifts, cleaning shifts, off the bunks, physical morning reaction, inspections, ration consumption, common showers, punishments, evenings together and ... everything your imagination suggests. During the rallies the participants, who will make up the troop, will be divided into two or more teams. The teams compete in a variety of recreational and sporting activities, suitable for anyone. These are military strategy games, survival techniques, orienting contests, S.A.S.T., skill tests, etc. The activities can be carried out at night or during the day. Sometimes toy weapons are used. Meetings can start on Thursday afternoon or early Friday morning and end at lunchtime on Sunday
WHAT IS ARTICOLO28.
Articolo28 is a sports association with an Association Statute, duly deposited with a notary, an Internal Regulation and a Formal Regulation. Article 28 is governed and managed by the Assembly of Members and the Board of Directors. It is important to note that Articolo28 is not the BD, intended as people who organize the rallies, but all the participants regardless of role and, only by working together, it is possible to keep the association in good health because without troops the BD would be nothing .
Articolo28 is a non-profit association and as such, has always self-financed its activities through the participation of members in the camps. The fee for joining the camps is calculated to cover the costs for renting the accommodation, food, insurance, equipment that you periodically buy and general expenses (bank charges, extra costs such as gas, wood or other, in the accommodation, website maintenance) . As a NO profit organization NONE of the members who organize the camps receive any compensation or reimbursement, except for any expenses paid out of their own pockets. The members of the Board of Directors who organize the gatherings pay the membership fee to the activities like everyone else.
WHY THE NAME ARTICOLO28
Articolo28 was the article of the old military regulation which gave the possibility for army doctors to exclude homosexuals from military service "as maladjusted". Abolished since 1986, the reference to this article was taken as a starting point to give the name to the association with a radically opposite meaning.
SEX
The eroticism that arises from the situations of camaraderie, in which we find ourselves during the gatherings organized by the association, is a very important component. The sexual activities that eventually occur between people are not excluded, indeed encouraged, but are entrusted to the initiative of the individual participants in the gatherings. Sex is an important part of our entertainment programs, but it is not our only goal and is not planned by the camp organization. Better make it clear right away. No one will have sex if they don't want to. If you are not interested in this type of activity (the only one not organized, but spontaneous) it is fine, since everyone chooses what is best for themselves, so… no harm. Don't expect "orgies" in military camouflage! And for people who have a couple relationship…. do not worry, at the rallies nothing happens that you do not want to happen to you!!! You will be solely responsible for your conduct!
SELECTION
A careful selection of candidates, given the peculiarity of the group, is our commitment and duty. We usually exclude only those who are unable to carry out a minimum of sporting activity, but let's are clear: NONE OF US IS SUPERMAN! So the basis of selection is not physical prowess, but the ability to adapt to the situations in the camp! Furthermore, no one is forced to carry out activities that they do not want to do due to some physical or emotional limitation ... just declare it, even in private and we will take it into account. We are only looking for people who are able to do some free activity, run, who want to have fun and have a healthy competition. When you submit your application you will have an interview with a recruiter who will evaluate your position.
WHAT DEGREE YOU WILL HAVE
Regardless who you are in private life, for the first gathering, you will be a rookie and at the second a soldier. Later, based on your personal desires and inclination, your attitude to command, the frequency of your participation in the rallies and, mostly, based on your willingness to contribute to the organization, you could receive some promotions.
